I use to experience horrible migraines 3 years ago that would leave me bed ridden. Since seeing Jo consistently for the past 2 years I have not experienced a single migraine!!! I no longer suffer from headaches or neck tension pain either. Jo creates such a safe and comforting space for clients.

Jo has taught me stretches and how to look after my body so I can be pain free. I cannot recommend this amazing RMT enough!

Joseph is a real pro, perfect pressure, targeted my problem areas with care and also gave me a great tip on stretching my back that will help alleviate pain. I was impressed to notice it actually works and helped after only a few times.
