When an appointment is booked, that time is put aside for you. Missed appointments prevent the accommodation of others. Clients who provide less **than 24 hours notice, or no show** their appointment will be charged **the Full cost of treatment.** This amount will need to be paid in full before any future treatments. Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing. ### Benefits Policy While we do offer direct billing please understand that the RMT does not have access to see what is covered under your plan and you are **responsible for any fee's not covered** by your benefits provider or if by the rare chance the benefits providers online services become temporarily unavailable. There is **ZERO tolerance** for any kind of harassment at the clinic. Any inappropriate behaviour towards the RMT will end treatment instantly and permanently.
