24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. When an appointment is booked, that time is put aside for you and missed appointments prevent the accommodation of others.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or no show their appointment will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 50% of the cost of treatment.
This amount will need to be paid in full before any future treatments.
Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing.
While we do offer direct billing please understand that the RMT does not have access to see what is covered under your plan and you are responsible for any fee's not covered by your benefits provider.
A reminder that cancellation fee's cant be claimed under your massage benefits.
Understand that Golden Ratio is a clinic that takes the safety of their RMTs very seriously.
There is ZERO tolerance for any kind of harassment at the clinic.
Any inappropriate behaviour towards the RMT will end treatment instantly and permanently.
A report to the police will be made if necessary
