Silicone cups on the skin to create suction or vacuum between the cups and skin. This creates a "negative" pressure lifting soft tissue and greatly increasing circulation.
The cups can leave red/purple circles which indicated areas of low circulation.

Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) commonly known as your jaw.
